Michael Brandt

I am Michael Brandt.
At dpa – Deutsche Presse-Agentur I am working in a journalistic practical training.

Furthermore, I was frequently traveling to the MENA Region in order to find new stories to tell and to explain the region. To do so, I am speaking and learning Modern Hebrew and Arabic.

My previous work:

• Editor at WDR Studio Aachen
• M. A. in Global Politics and History –
  at Georg August University of Göttingen, Hebrew University in Jerusalem and Warsaw University
  with a focus on the MENA Region, Political Theory and Theory of Democracy

Volunteer work:

• Member of the Commission of the Foundation of Ecumenical Learning of the Evangelical-Lutheran Church Braunschweig to choose new volunteer candidates.
